Yes! Each suite is broken up into 2 or 3 separate payments. The first payment is always a non refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be broken up into one or two more payments throughout the process. (Depending on which package is selected.)

It depends on the package selected and how quick your communication is. The Mini Branding Suite typically takes around 4 weeks total. The Deluxe Suite takes around 5-6 weeks, and a custom website add on will be an additional 4-6 weeks. But trust me, it goes by quick and is so much fun!

No such thing in my book! At Stellar Made, I believe in comprehensive and effective branding. "Just a logo" will not attract the customers you are wanting to attract, trust me. That being said, my Mini Branding Suite is the closest thing to "just a logo." You will get a full logo suite (which you are going to need,) plus a color palette, font suite, curated images, and a Brand Style Guide. Everything to get your business up and running, look professional, be cohesive, and make you money.

That also depends. I definitely require my website clients to complete one of my branding process' first if they do not have a brand. IF you have a complete brand (logo suite, fonts, color palette etc.) I will consider designing your website. However, I would need to have an in depth conversation with you to make sure it will be a good fit. Please fill out the contact form completely, and I will be in touch.

A Brand Style Guide is a comprehensive set of standards that define your business' branding. It will include everything from your brand's values, target audience, word usage, key characteristics to the visual elements of your brand - your logo suite, fonts, color palette, photography, and everything in between. What is most helpful about it, is it tells you exactly how to use your brand, and how not to, thus creating a clear and cohesive message across all media platforms. Showit! Man do I love Showit. It allows for so much creativity and freedom, and is very user friendly for when I pass each site along to my clients for future updates. On a small scale yes. My speciality for web design is not large e-commerce shops, but smaller boutiques or service offered businesses. We can include a small shop with Shopify though, but let's discuss first!

I do not offer printing services, but will prepare any files you need for printing. I will also point you in the right direction to some awesome online printers I have worked for in the past.

Once your website design is complete and everything is working and connected, I pass the Showit site into your hands and download it into your showit account. You are then in charge of managing your website. But have no fear, Showit is extremely user friendly with plenty of helpful tutorials, resources and an amazing customer service team at your fingertips. For large design changes, you may hire me again at an hourly fee of $155/hr.
